Cancellation Before Shipment (Valid for Orders Placed and Delivered in India):
If your order or specific item(s) have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order directly through the Return/Cancel button available on the website. Upon successful processing of your cancellation request, the order will be canceled, and the refund will be initiated within 3-4 business days in case of pre-paid payment.
Cancellation After Shipment (Valid for Orders Placed and Delivered in India):
If your order has already been shipped but not yet delivered, you can initiate the cancellation through the Return/Cancel button on our website. In such cases, the courier may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery. Once the product(s) are returned to us and their condition is verified, we will process your refund within 3-4 business days. Please note that certain charges (e.g., wear and tear, shipping, or return expenses) may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Process
Payment Method and Refund Timeline:
1) Credit/Debit Cards or Net Banking: Refunds will be credited to the same account within 3-4 business days of product verification at our warehouse. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
2) Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account details provided by you. This process will be completed within 3-4 business days of receiving the product(s) and your bank details. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds Policy
How to Return an Item Purchased on ManCrafters (India Orders):
Mancrafters offers an easy return policy. You can request a return/exchange within 5 days of receiving the order. Partial returns are also accepted, allowing you to return specific items from your order.
Steps to Initiate a Return:
1) Use the Return button available on the website within 5 days of receiving the order.
2) Provide your order ID, select the item(s) to be returned/replaced, and upload an image of the product along with the invoice for reference (if prompted).
3) Once approved, we will arrange a pickup within 2-4 business days. Refunds or replacements will only be processed if the returned products are in their original packaging, including seals, labels, and barcodes.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Items without original packaging, price tags, or accessories
- Products with tampered serial numbers
- Defective items not covered under warranty
- Used or altered products
- Requests made after 5 business days of delivery
- Free gifts provided with the order
- Categories Excluded from Returns:
- Customized products (e.g., gift packs)
- Personal care appliances (due to hygiene concerns)
Note: During specific promotions or mega sales, special return rules may apply, as indicated on the promotion banner.

Free gifts included with your order must be returned along with the main product.
Partial Order Returns:
Returns can be initiated for individual items. However, all components and complimentary products must be returned together.
